Actuator Specifications
The new series of quarter-turn actuators with voltage range of 24-240 VAC / VDC or 12 VAC / VDC from J+J.
This range includes the addition of a 12V DC brushless motor to give a more efficient performance for maintenance free application. In many case an actuated valve is positioned in a remote location and requires low maintence operation for minimal downtime of key process equipment.
The new actuator is known as the J4CS series replacing the alreay well know previous model J3CS.
Also includes is the possibility of incorporating all options; DPS (Digital Positioner System) and BSR (Battery Return System), which are assembled and tested in our facilities in Cork.
The BSR (Battery Return System) Actuator is fitted with a battery which after initial set-up will be charged and ready for a fail safe operation, operating 90 deg up to 10 times on a single charge.With visual indicator, voltage free position feedback, manual overrade, IP67 rated. Available in 6 versions of torque output 20 to 300Nm.
